Ceiling gib & bathroom gib

We have old ceiling panels throughout the whole house that need gibbing over because they look dated. The ceiling trusses are appropriate to have the gib nailed to it & the existing panels don't have to come down. The bathroom also needs waterproof gib installed on the walls. We will have all the bathroom fittings removed before the job is started. The whole house is 90sm2
