Patch plaster board, stop , seal and sand and fix skirting board

We have had some dampness issues in a ground floor rumpus. The waterproofer will be sealing floor and walls over next week. To get access to wall, I have had to remove some plasterboard and thin timber supports, and some skirting board from the damp area. Some minor repair needed to cupboards that run above one wall. Waterproofer should be finished sealing by 10th April. We need a handyman or builder to repair plasterboard, seal and stop, and sand ready for painting, and repair skirting board at the start of May.
