Fix roof leak and remove birdnest in ceiling space

Wellington South: The northeast corner roof of the study seems to be leaking as there is discoloring of plaster internally. The birdsnest is in the south east corner. I think there was previously a birds nest up there as we noticed a couple of chicks around that corner last summer. However now there is a little hole in the internal plaster ceiling it almost seems like the birds (if it is birds) have pecked a hole through the ceiling. As the roof is on the second floor, ladder or access tool is required.
