Borer inspection and treatment needed

My partner and I have just purchased our first home - it is a 1920's build, and when we got the building inspection done before moving in the builder noticed signs of borer but could not confirm whether they were active or historical and recommended we get a pest specialist in. I have since noticed the bathroom windowsill that there is 'sawdust' which makes me wonder if it is still active. I would appreciate if someone can inspect our house (including under the floor and in the ceiling) if there are active traces of borer and do a treatment for this. Thank you, Chelsea
