Borer extermination and damage repair quote

We have a conditional offer on a house in Stanmore Bay and have had a builders inspection done. From the builders report: "From our inspection of the sub floor area from the entry we observed that significant borer is present beneath the home, this requires further inspection form a pest control specialist. A contractor should inspect further and advise." We require a quote on borer extermination and repair of the subfloor from borer damage. The contractor would need to be liasing with the real estate agent about times (which I would put them in contact with) and preferably time wise we would need it done as soon as possible as we are conditional until the 10th May.
