Job description
1. To clean an area where birds sit in the balcony. It is not a big area, probably less than 50cm, but quite high to reach, just underneath the balcony of the upper unit. Ladder required. 2. To install bird repellent devices such as bird spikes, spray etc.

Thank you so much for your prompt responses and hard work. It's been working well. Although it doesn't look that beautiful from the outside, no more birds in my balcony! I will probably need maintenance in 2 years time. Hope you can help me again at that time.
