Rats seem to be able to get into our mid floor ceiling cavity. Can be heard from time to time scurrying around on the ceiling gib board. The lower floor ceiling gib is on rondo, so I think this is providing a cavity for which they can move around in. Eager to have an expert look at ways to rodent proof exterior of house to prevent the problem.
