We are about to settle on the purchase of a new home (20 year old brick/tile). The building inspector noticed rodent droppings around the gnawed and torn ducting over the bathroom. Before we move in we would like the droppings site assessed, any rodents 'dealt with' and point of access at least identified if sealing it is not part of the deal. Preferred date for work to be done: Friday 27 January 2023 (or 25th if that is more convenient). Location is in Flat Bush, Auckland 2016.
