Helen is a excellent person , she has taken personal interest in ensuring we get rid of the RAT menace . She ensured and followed up on every possible opportunity . RAT infestation was quite widespread and with a young infant it was critical that I could find ahonest reliable person . Helen was just the right fit . Thank you helen for all your hardwork . I will keep in touch for next follow up and any other pest related issues ( hope not ) in future .
