No more starlings in eaves!

Job description

General Pest Control
Hutt Valley

Hi The last few years we have put up with having the starlings nest in the same place in our eaves during spring/summer, but we've kind of had enough now and now they're gone for the year we'r thinking about taking the necessary steps to stop it happening next year. We have a metal roof on our bungalow. What i was wondering if it would be possible and cost efficient to have a roofer remove the bit of roof directly about where i know the starlings nest, so that we can first clear out any of the debris and remnants from years of nesting, and then reattach the bit of roof back on after that. Then we would consider putting up a barrier between gutter and eaves to prevent starling access in future. Anyway that's my thinking. I don't have any idea as to how much something like that could cost, so even being given a rough indication would be helpful in deciding if it's something we can do now. Thanks! Conor
