Our 4 flat property needs a borer treatment. It is a two storey building. The cladding is infested with borer quite badly (there are lots of active holes all around the house). The house also needs repainting so borer and painting will need to happen at once. Some owners of the flats wonder if it is possible to treat small areas or all at once? Thanks a lot.
