Territorial magpie

Hi, Might seem like a silly one but I've got a magpie hanging around constantly and it's becoming territorial and a pain in the ass, my partner has feed it a couple of times so we can get it in an area trap it but having no luck as its nothing proper, anybody able to set up a trap and dispose of? Located in hornby
