Possible borer problem need help

I have a two rentals both of which are built in 95 in chch city and are Lockwood type homes next door to eachother. I’ve noticed small holes in one of them mostly around the door frames and guessing it will be the same in the second, need a specialist to come have a look and treat it. Both are rentals so wondering on how bad it is on a scale where it won’t disrupt my tenants too much and be cost efficient.
