we need to check for possible borer decay in the subfloor and treat with proper and effective borer treatment fo the one dwelling ( total arae211m2)comprising 3 units. out of total floor, some area is slab and some with the subfloor with difficult access or access through floor manhole, etc. Please come and visit to the site and find the possible access to check and assess for required borer treatment.
