Borer assessment/treatment/fumigation

I’m about to move into a --- weatherboard villa. There is borer present, especially in the floor, and a couple external weatherboards. I would like to know the extent of the damage and also have it treated and/or fumigated before moving in. I’d also like to know a ballpark estimate of how much this might cost? Cheers
