Borer treatment

Hi, I need all wood surfaces under an old bungalow ( foundations, floor etc) sprayed/treated for borer infestation and to prevent further spread for at least a few years. Or whatever you recommend. House is 120msq. It is relatively roomy under the house, you can walk with head hunched for most of it, just not the last few metres.
