2 patches of Concrete beside drive way

We need to pour concrete over two small patches of land in our front yard. Dimensions 5x0.5m and 4.6x0.9m each. They are currently soil with overgrown weed on them. I am hoping for someone to remove the weed completely and pour concrete over these areas.
