Disappointed that there are so many cracks in the new driveway because of the uneven house foundation. If I had known this was a likelihood I would have considered another option such as asphalt. Also didn't know, and wasn't told, that charcoal colour wouldn't really show up unless it was sealed at extra cost. Footpath crossing broken by bringing truck in with digger on back.

"The cracks caused by the house foundation are "hairline" & while disappointing will fade in time as the base, steel reinforcing & control cuts will keep the driveway smooth & solid. The concrete will whiten during it's initial curing and then darken up again. I don't think that it is reasonable to expect us to decoratively urethane it at our expense. We repaired the crossing at our expense but I don't it's reasonable to expect us to replace another's substandard work."
