Visitors car park

We have car parking white lines to be changed from right angles to 45 degrees. Old lines blacked out and new ones painted. We also require two additional car park spaces to be painted as well. We have 21 car parks that requires signage to indicate visitor/ wheel chair. Use google earth to check the layout of the circular car park on the left marked clearly with arrows on the ground. One will have to make arrangements to meet on site to discuss. I have not added photos as google earth provides that. I need the job to be scoped and priced for a grant please. Thank you in advance.
