Concrete driveway replacement

We are looking at removal of old concrete driveway and excavating to subgrade. Then constructing a new driveway to meet Auckland Council residential driveway standards. Project for 2 neigbhours - one is the owner, and other has ROW to use the driveway. Width 2.9 m as per existing and length 53.5 metres approx. It has a moderate downhill slope from the road. In addition a replacement vehicle crossing also to Council standards for joining driveway to street. Length of crossing is 3.9 metres.
