Darren is a pleasure to work with. He reviewed the situation and offered us a good price. He had problems with a badly laid water pipe. That and the fact we hadn't factored in that the work was scheduled for Show Week, delayed him. Apart from that all work was done when he said it would be. He continues to follow up. He has been available to help and answer questions from the 5 households involved.
