New drive 88 M2 in chipseal, concrete, or ... open to ideas

Subdivision drive is complete, garage is on concrete pad, now need drive on my section to connect between end of ROW drive and garage and inc a turning area. Plan shows 87.6 M2. Open to best value (project has killed budget) chipseal, concrete, or other ideas? Only for one house. The soak pit shown exists just needs joining up to for drive but open to other ideas and solutions. Ready now and I have a pdf plan I can send. In central carterton.
