St Johns Unit Block- new driveway

We are one of the owners of a four unit complex in St Johns. We have a quickly deteriorating shared driveway that we are looking quotes for, we have a steep section of the drive that would need appropriate drainage. We are after a quote for a few options- concrete or asphalt. I have attached a image with a rough area idea below. There is a mix of old concrete, tarmac and asphalt in place currently.
