New container yard - Replace front lawn to concrete

As business is expanding plan, I need a new concrete yard for the shipping container. Front lawn 9m(W) x 9m(L) x 0.5m(D) will be excavated, removed and replaced with concrete. Proposed works: 1 Excavate all slab areas, trim to make level, including slope to main driveway 2 Removal all spoil off site 3 Steel tube retaining wall, against 2 fence sides 4 150mm GAP40 basecourse 5 150mm 25MPa standard concrete, 19mm structure, 665 mesh placed centrally, saw cuts 3m intervals, broom finish OPTIONAL works: 6. Remove the existing alu fence & replace with 1.8m timber paling fence (no staining) 8. Automatic gate options
