Repair & resurface shared driveway Asphalt

We have a driveway shared between 9 units. Looking for quotes to have the driveway repaired and resurfaced. Have had previous quotes to do the job using concrete. Looking for cheaper alternative quotes such as for Asphalt. All options considered, but must ensure rain is directed to existing drains and the surface must be as long lasting as possible. Photos show the current condition of the driveway, both in the dry and after recent rains.
