Exterior window sill/surrounds painting, exterior deck painting, & facia paint

Hello – I am after help with exterior painting of– • window frames and sills, • top of front deck, and top of deck’s balustrade, and • front & rear facia boards. I would like the work completed preferably end of Jan, Feb, beginning of March. The property can be viewed from the street only. Please do not enter the property without y permission as it is tenanted and I do not want to disturb. It took some time to get a quote and two site visits, but once the quote was issued and agreed, the work proceeded to completion relatively quickly and to a high standard. Kane was one of the main workers/painters on-site, he is a very experienced painter and is a good communicator. I would recommend Geneva Painting to others.

"Regarding communication, this house was a rental property and there was some delay in being able to undertake a site visit. We felt that we were waiting on the Client to advise us of that timing.
Regarding cost, we submitted our quote which was accepted so I dont understand how we can be marked down on the cost. We were asked to additional building remedial work which was undertaken on a chargeup basis and we accounted for our time and cost. We feel that cost should be a 5"
