Two storey Wall to be painted

I am replacing a sign on the north side of the building and the paint on that side is badly damaged and ready for replacement. I want that side painted in same colour - probably extensive sanding, sealing, undercoat plus 2 topcoats. Wall is about 9 or 10 m tall and about 14 m across - no windows - sign to be removed and paint behind before new sign boards go up. - Can look at further painting to building as all will need paint, but this is the urgent part of the job, as I want to get the sign changed in the next month. There is a tree with branches touching the wall, but these can be removed so there will be at least 1m of space to work in.
