Exterior repainting of an average 3 BR weatherboard house and an external garage (including roof). All preparation required (water blasting) then 2 full coats paint on all painted surfaces. Current condition of paint is average, no chipping noted. Last repainted 3-5 years ago. Repainting is only needed because colour will need to comply with company scheme. Property is my home-office.
