Paint Spare room

Hi there, I am looking for someone who can please paint my spare bedroom (and the side tables to match as I want white) and to remove the wooden shelf that is attached/glued to the wall so will need to be re jibbed and painted. Please see attached photos of room. I also would like a quote on changing the glass in my bathroom windows to become frosted or like the second glass photo i have attached just so I can remove the blinds.
