Quick wallpaper strip and paint job

The walls adjoining the staircase to our upstairs bedroom need to be stripped of the existing shabby wallpaper and painted. The area is 10 stairs high, roof is reasonably high (approx 6.5m) so would require scaffolding or some ladder work. There are also 2 windows which would need to be prepared and painted. The stairs are carpeted and trim is already painted. No balustrades etc. We would sort the paint . We're putting the house on the market this weekend, so ideally would like a quick job!
