Job description
Approx 12sqm bedroom to have wall insulation, regib, plaster, paint. 1930s house, ceiling about 9ft. There is one large window in the room; it has rot and will need replacing. Prefer double glazing if budget will go that far. Room has one door, one closet, one built-in cabinet. Ceiling repainting can be costed as an optional extra.

Rob was wonderful to work with - kept us informed at every step, and his workers were professional, friendly, and cleaned as they went.
