Small exterior paint job - Newtown

We have some paint bubbling on one exterior wall of our weatherboard house and would like this to be repainted. The area is approximately 4.5 metres wide and 0.5 metres tall. Paint supplied (Resene dark colour). May need some minor sanding and stripping. Please see photos attached.
