Paint stripping and sanding
Job description
We'd like to polyurethane our wooden apartment living room windows ourselves, so we'd like a quote for you to remove the existing paint (strongly suspected to have a lead undercoat) with full dust extraction (our apartment has sensitive fire alarms which have been tripped by sanding before) and have the wood sanded to a finish suitable for polyurethaning. 2300mm by 3500mm 2300mm by 2000mm

Although the result was of a lower standard than a similar job done by a different firm (CGM), the cost was lower, and the firm was highly respnsive and available

We did stripping and wet sanding as we were advised to have a very sensitive alarm fitted. Even if the paint is completely removed, the wet marks are still visible.
