Paint exterior of timber house. Split level timber house. Circa 170sqm floor area. Chemical wash all areas to be painted to remove loose flaking paint, dirt and grime build up Scrape and sand all rough patches, bare timber and rusty metal Fill gaps and repair as required. Attention to any window frames needing maintenance. Spot prime any bare timber Punch rusty nails and spot prime any rusty areas with Rust Guard Apply two coats of premium acrylic paint
