Fix paint job - Resene dark colours

I've had some interior painting done in Resene Spacecote Low Sheen and there are problems with roller lines, picture framing, and the cutting-in not blended. At a minimum, I'd like the worst of the walls to be sanded back and another coat put on to a better finish. I have a couple other rooms I'd like done, but I don't want them done badly, so I've been holding off until I can find someone who is confident working with the stronger colors.
