Exterior house paint

My 90 sm single story home (on a slope) needs a refresh of the concrete ring foundation and the upper parts (asbestos panels, and wooden sofits, etc). There is brick in the middle which is not included. I would also like to include the wooden windows and wooden back door. Plus the metal front door. Scaffolding will be needed. The part of the chimney above the roof will be gone (i.e. not included). There is a little rust coming through from some nails. Sorry not great photos.
