Job description

Exterior Painting
Wellington

Kia ora! I am looking for a qualified pro to paint three sides of a weatherboard house (the fourth side, (the easiest one!) I have done to check the colour, which is a bright yellow– --- /). The sides are 9m long: The first one is single storey with two windows (one single one double). The other side is part two-storey with three small windows and a shed door–one window was painted when it was installed recently. Windows are in good condition as the sashed were recently installed and are primed. The front is 12 metres, plus the porch alcove (approx five metres). There are three windows, two double and a triple (an additional one is being replaced with a door so does not need doing). These had a quick lick of paint when they went in. There is also a glazed front door. The weatherboards are sound, but there is one rotten board behind the front steps. These steps are bolted on, so could be removed to repair the board and paint. Two sides will need partial scaffolding (which we had when the windows went in so is doable and can be quoted seperately). All vegetation can be trimmed back. I have a partial supply of paint and can supply the rest if required. Thanks!
