Fix exterior damage and repaint house

The house exterior is a combination of brick cladding and timber. It needs maintenance before being repainted. The house is single story at the front but double story at the back and scaffolding will be needed. The floor area of the house is 120m2. The maintenance will need to include: - cleaning the brick cladding - replacing some weatherboards - the windows have not been maintained - they need easing, putty repairs, replacing hinges, replacing corroding flashings before a prep and paint. - some soffit linings and barge boards appear to be damaged. There is also a separate job of fixing the garage foundations that could be done by the same contractor - I am posting a separate listing for this.
