Small bedroom walls and ceiling to be painted. Prep, fill and sand any damage (non evident at present with furniture etc in there), clean, paint. Use mould resistant paint as bathroom and laundry behind left wall. See pic. It will be vacant with no furniture etc 15-24 Jan.
