Cleaning and staining a newish fence

We got our fence done a few months ago - part laminata and part timber. We are looking for someone to clean and stain this. There is some visible mould on part of the fence, that would need to cleaned. The front fence and gate are laminata - 1.8m into 18m approx The side fence is timber - 1.8m x 30m
