Exterior 2nd storey house painting

This job is for Exterior Second Storey painting of a lockwood House. The siding is aluminum and the windows are wood. Job would include painting the exterior facings of the the windows and the underside of the eaves. House has not been painted in about 30 years so the paint is coming off quite easily. Preferred paint is Resene. There is flat ground all around the house to enable scaffolding.
