Repair Ceiling

My rental property has a whole in the ceiling in the lounge which needs to be patched, plastered and painted. A water pipe was leaking, and the plumber had to cut a hole to repair. I now need the whole repaired. The hole is approximately 600mm square and there are two other parts of the ceiling which also need to be plastered and painted (one either side of the room, next to the hole the gib board has pulled down from the joist so this section also needs to be screwed back.
