Interior wallpaper strip and paint 4 bed villa

Looking to renovate a 4 bedroom villa which hasn't been touched in 20+ years. Pretty much every room needs wallpaper removed, walls looked at and then prepped and painted. Looking to price the job in two parts, initially need one bedroom needs completing as soon as possible and from there would look at doing other rooms. Room 1: Approximately 10m x 12m Happy for on site visit to size the job and look at options.
