Bathroom ceiling repaint

Following a roof leak with water dripping into the bathroom, we are undertaking to tidy up and repaint the bathroom ceiling for the new owners of the property. The ceiling is hard wood and where the boards join, an area area less than 1sqm will need to be sanded, prepped, primed etc. (in the joins as per photos) . Whole ceiling to be repainted with wet area ceiling paint. Room is approx 2.1m x 2.4m, 5sqm. Would like completed by Friday August 4th. Also, keen to understand potential options for some historical water stain on ceiling wall paper as shown in photo 3. Thanks! Property is located in Ohariu Valley
