Dining and Living Room Painting
Job description
Re paint the dining and living room areas of the house. Two quotes are required. Walls – Quote 1 These areas have previously been skim coated and painted about 10 years ago, but a change of colour is desired. The dining area is around 20m2 of paintable surface. The living area is about 65m2 of paintable surface. Two coats are required. Patching is minimal as wall hangings, curtain tracks and fixtures will be replaced in the same position following the painting. All wall items will be removed and furniture moved away from the walls to the centre of the room before painting by the client. Floor coverings (drop sheets)are required. Ceilings – Quote 2 The living room ceiling is a flat gib ceiling that is starting to peel in parts. Loose paint is to be removed. Re-plaster areas of ceiling that require attention (likely that all the ceiling will need to be replastered). Seal and repaint. Ceiling area of 31m2. The dining room ceiling is a moulded ceiling. Loose paint is to be removed. Re-plaster areas of ceiling that require attention (likely that all the ceiling will need to be replastered). Seal and repaint. Ceiling area of 15m2.
