Painting exterior of 1970's Newlands home
Job description
Our --- 's home in Newlands has exterior weatherboard cladding that has been in need of remediation. We have had a builder on site completing this and now need to follow up with an exterior paint. The house is one story however the road facing side does have a garage underneath so platform ladders or a portable scaffolding unit will be required on that one side. There are some cosmetic weatherboard joins that have cracked and will need some aggressive prep work before paint can be applied. Paint to roughly color match existing white/cream.

Salen and his small team completed a full exterior repaint of our 1970's weatherboard home following some building alterations. Salen went above and beyond just painting with a lot of attention to detail preparing and completing some minor repairs before the paint went on. We found Salen a pleasure to deal with, keeping us regularly updated on his progress. The job was completed quickly, for a very competitive price and looks great. We look forward to working with Salen again in future.
