Apartments window, door and misc timber painting
Job description
Looking to get our 5+ yearly exterior timber area painting fix ups for our 10 flats (5 buildings) underway in spring/summer. Our exterior walls all looking in pretty good shape this time around so will just be focussing on the timber repaints. One or two of the units have much less work required as they have had uPVC double glazing installed and recent repaint on the sills etc. Our plan is to get started on the easy to reach stuff first, then bring in the scaffold for the rest. Some areas window sills may need stripping, re-priming and couple of coats. Some windows may need re-puttying. First stage could be suitable for a solo painter/retirees/grey power etc. I'd expect 2-3 months steady work for one or two painters. The scaffold part of the job could be a separate quote process. Examples of the areas being dealt with is shown in the photos. I can give you a tiki tour around the place on request.
