Full strip down and repaint 130 sq.m single level villa
Job description
My 1920s single level villa is in need of a full strip down and repaint. It's currently painted a creamy colour and I want it repainted light green with white window trim. The house is on the flat in Lyall Bay, with good access. I have already engaged a builder to replace rotten weatherboards and fill holes. This work will be done in August or September. I'm looking for a painter to start after that, in September or October.
