Painting trim of house windows, edges, railings
Job description
Exterior painting in two colours of window trim, shutters, window boxes, roof edge, deck railing, wood trim. Job includes cleaning and prepping the wood for painting. The picture showing the purple and grey trim is an example: purple on horizontal trim, dark grey on vertical trim, keep the white in the middle. Most of the work is ground floor and can be done without a ladder or using a small ladder. Whether you want to just do the ground level work, or also want to tender for the upstairs work is up to you. We will provide the paint. Timeframe are flexible. If you want to split up the job to do when you have a free day or two, that's fine. Please don't contact me if you offer deals to avoid paying tax. We want to work with ethical, trustworthy tradespeople.

Good paint job done, followed instructions. Only residual paint drops left. The main issue was delays and communication. We said that timeframes weren't an issue, but we wanted to know when he would start. Rupert originally told us he would start painting in early September, but he didn't get started until January. We had to keep emailing and calling him periodically, because he wouldn't inform us that our job kept being pushed back.
