Residential Bathroom: de-mould, sand and paint
Job description
Hi. I am seeking some one to paint my bathroom. It is a space approx 2.75 x 3.75m with tall 3.2 ceiling height. All wall and ceiling surfaces are tongue and groove timber, painted white. Two years ago, I hired some one to paint the room and it is now apparent that they did not sand/ remove mould or use oil paint as I requested; the ceiling is now peeling and moulding. I am keen to get this work done before June. I have (friendly) dogs and two other people live in the house so would like to schedule around their lives.
